Hape offers free USPS ground shipping at $50 minimum order within the Continental United States. Promotion code must be added in your cart at checkout to apply. Free shipping is applied to the order subtotal after discounts.

Returns Policy
After receiving your product, you have 30 days to return it as long as it’s in re-sellable condition - new, unopened and in its original packaging. Items received that are damaged or returned in the retail (color box) packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. For the 2022 holiday season, the items purchased between October 20 and December 25, 2022 can be returned until January 31, 2023, as long as it's in re-sellable unopened and in its original packaging. Please do not return defective product contact customercare@hapetoys.com for assistance.
