Returns Policy

For the 2023 holiday season, the items purchased between October 20 and December 25, 2023 can be returned until January 31, 2024, as long as it's in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Items received that are damaged or returned in the retail (color box) packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. Cool Working App Toy

First, it is SO COOL!! Works great! And App works well. Once I started it up, it connected automatically. My son loves it!

My son loves it! It's extremely powerful that it can pull a lot of cars and still goes up bridge inclines. Really cool!

An outstanding train

The engine runs very well and the bell and whistle sounds are good. Two speed in forward and reverse. And the feature to recharge the battery via a USB charger is great!
