Perfect for what it is! Its made out of wood. No sharp edges or splinters. My 3 year old daughter loves this easel. She can paint, also can use the markers on the whiteboard, and she really enjoys the magnetic numbers or alphabet.

Good quality easel. However, it is smaller than I expected.

Definitely worth the price for all that is included. The only complaint that there is not much paper on that role.
