Hape Family Mansion Wooden Dollhouse | Playset with Furniture & Dolls

We love this dollhouse. We were between this dollhouse and the much higher rated all seasons one by Hape. The selling point for us was the garage and awning. I have two boys that play with this and both love cars and one is obsessed with our awning in real life so was excited that their play house included one. I had no issues with poor quality paint or poorly fitting pieces. My 3 and 4 year old can easily open and close the garage. The dollhouse is sturdy and easy to assemble.The only poor reviews I agree with is that the lights fall easily as do the stairs. Stronger magnets would be great but my sons love the lights and love removing and rearranging them or just playing with them so I prefer them falling easily vs being difficult to remove. The stairs I'll admit need improvement. I'm considering gluing them. Not a dealbreaker for me though since my older son likes to remove those too and is very satisfied with how easy that is to do.Not many dollhouses had working lights, a garage, awning, and included furniture.I don't regret this purchase at all and rarely leave reviews but there were so many negative reviews that I was almost scared to buy this. I'm glad I took the plunge because this dollhouse is a perfect fit for us.I'll try to get a picture in daylight too and add. This one of it decorated for Christmas was all I found on my phone.

My 3 1/2 yr old Granddaughter loves the Mansion, Garage Car and all the lights. Plus the pets!

Love this house, easy to understand directions for assembly. Sturdy & both granddaughters can play at the same time!! Only wish is that the magnets for the lights (which are delightful) were stronger.

The house came together quite easily, and is better than I expected. As soon as it was put together, my kids (2 & 3yrs) played with it for a few hours. The accessories that came with it are great. The size is nice - it's big enough that the kids can play sitting comfortably in front of it. My only con would be that the paper scenery glued onto the wooden frame/walls/floor peels a bit around the edges. I would recommend this item.

We use this dollhouse soooo much! It's full of creative play. Only complaint is the stairs fall down a lot and don't stay super well, I will likely super glue them

Got this for my daughter’s 4th birthday and she loves it! It’s not overwhelming like the gigantic Barbie mansions but has enough stuff to play with that it keeps her entertained for hours! I love the lighting features but only wish the magnets were stronger, because sometimes we knock the lights off accidentally. She loves turning them on and off herself :) the house is very well constructed and sturdy. I highly recommend.

Purchased for 3yo's Birthday, and, both they and their 4yo sibling LOVE it! It's good quality (though one little ottoman broke day 1 before any play :/). I am also u der impressed with the lights. Such a cute and practical addition, but the magnets are not strong enough, which equals lots of frustration from kiddos, and, requested assistance from adults. They fall constantly, with very little play. I still wouldn't trade having them, just will likely explore DIY fix. Also, the included family a a bit creepy looking. The single other doll I see on their site, is far more friendly to look at -wish they had more options. Lastly, I wish I had realized that by buying furnished, it limited purchasing extra accessories without duplicating most of what I have. Definitely more economical upfront, though.Overall, I am super pleased with this dollhouse. We got the car, as well, and it's a hit!!

My kids love it! It's the perfect doll house with a lot of amenities and keeps them busy playing for a long time. The light that turns on and the garage is a special feature not all doll houses have. It was easy to assemble, took a little time but had good instructions!

We are very happy with the house. It is nice and big for a 3 year old. The details are very nice and the rooms are clearly recognizable. The accessories are also completely sufficient.

Very well designed and created. Furniture that was included already assembled and all edges smooth and finished- was great to have those for her to use right away while the house was built. We love it.

Entirely made of wood, fabric and a few plastic components. My 2-year-old daugter plays with Disney characters. She love it.

In general the mansion is beautiful, wonderful for children and whole family. The quality of the wood and furniture is great. Lots of imagination play and just amazing fun all around. I recommend it.

Lose one star because the lights fell all the time, which was very annoying.

I bought this adorable dollhouse for my little daughter, it's just perfect.

Setup went well. The house has two sliding doors. One is difficult to open and the stairs cannot be fixed properly. We will glue them. For the rest, perfect!

It took me a whole afternoon to put together but it was worth it to see my daughter eyes light up. It is very sturdy and has many nice details, such as realistic ding doorbell sounds, LED lights, and so cute furniture set. My daughter loves them.

I bought this for my granddaughters 3 year old birthday. She loves it and plays every day. The house includes lots of parts and details like the doorbell that rings and lights that turn on and off.

It takes a lot of assembling.. you're basically building the entire house! But after I was done putting it together, there was definitely added specialness to the toy knowing you practically built it! Instructions were easy to follow and once you have the frame up, it goes pretty fast from there. The details of the house are so cool and the mini furniture it comes with are so cute! The added kitchen and living room lights were so much fun! My boys loved it. The garage fit there toy car perfectly. The house is VERY sturdy once built so they will enjoy this for years to come along with any other little visitors we have! My favorite part is the carrying handle up top making it easy to move if needed. Would definitely recommend!
